Hi. I'm wondering if you remember a 90's? Sitcom about a white woman married to a black man - They helped run a bed and
breakfast belonging to his family, if I rember correctly. She was a blonde goofball trying to be "ghetto", while he was
kind of uptight/straight. Thanks!
I don't remember this one - Does anyone reading this know?

A lot of us think if they had left the main characters alone instead of putting Chris Noth in the show would be better

Part of the "Law & Order" formula was to change up the characters. This was probably done to get the audience used to
departures which would ultimately meant the show would last longer. It worked for the original L&O, but maybe not CI.

There was several TV shows that seem to have disappeared. "Combat Hospital" on ABC, "Cougar Town" on ABC... I really hope
this show gets canned. I don't care for Courteney Cox. "Flashpoint" on CBS, "Rookie Blue" on ABC. Also: Fran Dresher had
a TAWK show a while back. that seems to be gone as well. Let me know what the status is on these shows.
"Combat Hospital" is a Canadian show that may return in Canada, but in the U.S. it was dropped by ABC. "Cougar Town" will
be back soon. "Flashpoint", another Canadian show, was dropped by CBS but will return on the Ion network. Ion used to be PAX
and is now primarilly infomercials and has a very small viewership number - but it is available in most homes. "Rookie Blue"
(another Canadian show) will be back for a third season. "The Fran Drescher Tawk Show" was cancelled after 3 weeks in 2010.

There's a cancelled TV show I haven't seen in a while, like years. I can't remember when it ended or even what it was called, I just remember what it was about basically. It was a show centered around a cast of a TV show. I remember that in the beginning of the season the story was about a new actress joining the cast and how her being there caused conflict with some of the other women. It only lasted a season or maybe even less. I'm not sure if this is where I ask but I thought I'd give it a shot. If you happen to know what it is please let me know because this is really bothering me not knowing. Not that I'm really wanting to see it again, I did happen to like it a lot when it was on for some reason.
There have been a lot of shows with that premise...From "Mary Tyler Moore" to "The Larry Sanders Show" to "30 Rock", etc., so I'm not sure on this. Does anyone else
know?

Subject: "Old TV Series in the 80s??"
I cannot remember the series. I only remember how the song goes at the beginning and every time I hear it, I think about the series. It was about 3-4 girls and one guy. They were models. They were detectives similar to Charlie’s Angels and had a woman in charge of them. It ended because the guy was playing around with a small gun which had blanks and he accidently shot himself in the temple and died. Any leads to the name of this series would be helpful.
It was called "Cover Up" and ran on CBS from September 22, 1984 to April 6, 1985. Jon-Erik Hexum was the actor / model who accidentally shot himself in the temple
with a blank and died, ending the series.

Boston Med (ABC)
A docu-drama medical show that follows the lives and cases of real-life doctors in Beantown. Though the network didn?t describe it as such initially, a representative has confirmed that this is a limited series and there won?t be a second season. The final episode aired on August 12, 2010.
Dating in the Dark (ABC)
This reality series ran for two seasons and tried to answer the age-old question ?is love blind?? by letting some men and women get to know each other in the dark. Once the lights are turned on, will they feel the same way about one another? There are 12 episodes and the last ran on September 13, 2010.
Downfall (ABC)
Hosted by Chris Jericho, this game show takes place on top of a building and puts a contestant?s potential earnings on a conveyer belt. If they don?t answer correctly or fast enough, they and their prizes are sent hurling off the building to the streets below. All five produced episodes aired.
Losing It With Jillian (NBC)
Starring one of the trainers from The Biggest Loser, this weight-loss series ran for one season of eight episodes. The finale aired on July 20, 2010.
Shaq Vs (ABC)
This reality series pits the star athlete against other stars in their own fields of expertise. It ran for two seasons and 10 episodes but is now done.
True Beauty (ABC)
Contestants on this reality show believe that they?re competing in a contest of external appearance and talents but they?re actually being judged on their inner beauty. It lasted 16 episodes and two seasons.
Thanks for all of this!

Entourage (HBO)
A comedy-drama that follows the acting career of Vincent Chase and his boyhood friends from Queens, NY. The pay-for-view

Persons Unknown (NBC)
A group of strangers find themselves trapped in small town and are under constant scrutiny of security cameras. The show

this guy who returned home to live with his parents after graduating from college and he meets all of his former class
mates from high school who didn't move away. One of the main characters is kind of a meat head who drives a big wheel
pickup and the main character and him end up getting into different situations and become friends (kind of). He also starts
to fall for this girl he knew from high school. I remember they played pool one night at a bar. It was hilarious. I have no
idea why they would have cancelled it after only 2-4 episodes. Please help if you can!!! What was the name of it?

I'm not too surprised. Leno pulled in better numbers in that time slot and that's what it's all about. I do agree that Conan

to rebuild pretty much everything in prime time to please the affiliates for their lowered ad revenue and poor news lead-in, and they have
to hope that Leno will go back to topping Letterman, let alone Conan on another network.

Somehow, I don't think too many folx give a hoot.
I can't imagine that it was any good. Most people in DC have all of the personality of a box of rocks - it's where nerds

Subject: "Missed Show"
Perhaps the latest Investigation Discovery crime reality show called
"Scene Of The Crime" is on hiatus to make room of the return of "Deadly Women" right? and "Saving Grace" on TNT after four seasons it had gotten
the ax as well.
Yup, Saving Grace is wrapped, but "new" episodes will continue to air this season. I think that they could fit "Deadly Women" on ID without bumping a first
run show, so it's probably some re-tooling that is needed or just a cancellation for "Scene of the Crime" in it's future.

I was curious about Nip/Tuck. You have it listed as canceled but they are running commercials for a new season starting in
October. Last season had a natural cliffhanger ending, so it seems odd that they would have some episodes in the can to
burn off for a final season, can you help me out here?
Nip/Tuck finished filming its 100th and final episode on June 12, 2009. Show creator creator Ryan Murphy is no longer on board and
F/X is airing the last season (19 episodes) beginning Wednesday October 14th with a short run, and again in the Spring with
the final 7 or so.

be sure. If you have any idea what this show was I would greatly appreciate it.
Hmm, no idea. Anyone know?

"Ted" is that same type of humor that shows like "Arrested Development" had, which usually doesn't equal big ratings.
