I wasn't a fan of "SportsDome" but "Sports Show with Norm Macdonald" I thought was good.

My guess is that the sports audience doesn'r cross over to Comedy Central like they had hoped. Also, The Onion SportsDome was painfully unfunny. Norm's show was better, but still painful in my opinion.

"Disappeared" aired it's season finale on April 25th and will return in the Fall. "FBI Criminal Pursuit" probably will return in the Fall also, but they haven't made any official announcements yet...

T.L. - Thanks for the kind words. I don't have the numbers from back then to give you the specifics, but I do remember the re-runs being pulled for two reasons: 1. F/X was (at the time) looking to go with more original first-run shows and distance from showing re-runs of the parent network (FOX) to take on rising cable giants TNT and USA. 2. Ratings just weren't there. Hope that this helps. Sorry I don't have an exact ratings breakdown for you.

The Discovery Networks haven't made any announcements on specific shows, but Paula Zahn should return since she is the high profile star on ID. Nightmare Next Door will probably also return, but they haven't announced anything yet.

Detroit 1-8-7 had a 13 episode run which started out strong, but was down in viewership episode to episode. Thanks for the input - I'll be adding the "Original Run" info to everything when I can. Look for some very big changes to TV Hell in early 2011 too. A major re-design and layout that will be worlds better than what we have now.

"Damages" will not be returning to F/X, but it is not over if you have DirecTV. DirecTV picked up the show for two more seasons and will air it on their exclusive "The 101 Network".

AMC is now pulling in viewers with it's new shows, so while a 1.3 rating would have been OK a 2 years ago, not any more.

3.7 million viewers is considered weak for the Disney Channel. If cable nets like CNN and Fox News got 3.7 million viewers they would be throwing a party and crowing about their success.

The show you're having trouble finding in the mailbag section sounds like the show "Free Ride" which aired on FOX during the 2005-2006 TV season. It lasted like 5-6 episodes. The plot sounds the same. Guy finishes college, has to move home, jock from high school befriends him even though the main character hates him, etc.

Jimmy Smits comeback wasn't much of one... Remaining episodes of "Outlaw" will air on Saturday nights until they are burned up. The other show you are looking for - would it be "Cold Case"? "Cold Case" was cancelled back in May 2010.

The description you have for "Here Come the Newlyweds" is incorrect. It goes with "The Baby Borrowers." "Here Come the Newlyweds" was a combination of the Newlywed Game and Big Brother. Couples had to compete in competitions and every week someone was voted out by the other couples. They also did a lot of exercises/activities to bring themselves closer together as couples.
